	Limited Warranty ASAP INC. EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SOLELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM AN AUTHORIZED ASAP INC DEALER (PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED) OF ANY ASAP INC SELF-CONTAINED SPA INSTALLED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, ALASKA, AND CANADA. LIMITED WARRANTY BEGINS ON DATE OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED ASAP INC DEALER AND IS NON TRANSFERABLE. TEN YEARS PRORATED SPA SHELL STRUCTURE ASAP INC. warrants against water loss due to defects in the spa shell structure for five years from the original date of shipment. Spa shell structure is prorated according to the following depreciation: Years 1 to 5, 16.0% per year - Years 6 to 10 -4.0 % per year = replacement cost. THREE YEARS PRORATED SHELL SURFACE ASAP INC. warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, bubbles, or delaminating for three years from the original date of shipment based on the following formula: 33.34% per year for 3 years = replacement cost. TWO YEAR PUMPS & CONTROLS ASAP INC. warrants the spa's electrical equipment components-specifically, the pump(s), heater, air blower and control system (except stereo/TV system) against malfunctions due to defects in material for two years, and workmanship for two year from the original date of shipment. ASAP INC. reserves the right to replace any electronic components with Factory Refurbished parts. TWO YEARS PLUMBING & JETS ASAP INC. warrants factory-installed plumbing and jets against water loss due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of shipment. 90 DAYS OTHER COMPONENTS All other spa components, including but not limited to the cabinet (both wood and synthetic), mechanical components , the TV/stereo components (CD/DVD player/radio, speakers, sub woofer, speaker, lift device, stereo access door, power supply, etc.) and the filter lid are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of shipment. ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify your ASAP INC. dealer or ASAP INC. Spas as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, ASAP INC. or its designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect for one year, although you may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage charges. If ASAP INC. determines that repair of the covered defect is not feasible, we reserve the right to instead provide a replacement spa of equal value to the defective spa. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa, shipping costs for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the spa owner. The replacement spa warranty will be equal to the balance, if any remaining on the original spa. EXCLUSIONS This limited warranty is void if Spa is used for commercial or institutional properties or any spa installed outside the continental US or Canada. Commercial property is defined as hotel/motel, apartments, health clubs, time-shares and private clubs or lodges. Institutional properties are defined as hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living communities. This Limited Warranty is void if ASAP INC. or its designated representative determines that the ASAP INC. spa has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than ASAP INC. or its designated representative; or failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of ASAP INC. Spas Neglect, misuse and abuse include: Damage caused by operating the spa outside of its normal range of water temperature (32 F - 120 F), damage caused by dirty, clogged or calcified, filter, damage caused to the spa surfaces and jet faces caused by improper use of chemicals or cleaning agents, allowing un-dissolved spa leaning tablets to lie on the spa shell surface, damage caused by failure to provide level and complete support to the spa, damage caused by improper pH balance or other improper water chemistry, damage caused by allowing the sun to shine directly on the surface of the spa shell without water, damage caused by not properly preparing the spa for winter. This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulating cover, any item attached to, or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than a designated ASAP INC. representative. AT TIME OF DELIVERY The light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery. WARRANTY CLAIMS BEYOND YEAR ONE All claims beyond year one of ownership, shipping and handling charges may be assessed on all parts. LIMITATIONS This limited Warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied/ in fact or at law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All warranty service must be performed by ASAP INC. or its designated representative. No agent, dealer, distributor, Service Company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. DISCLAIMERS ASAP INC and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including, without limitation, loss of use of the spa and cost for removal of defective product, even if ASAP INC has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The liability of ASAP INC under this Limited Warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product. Coverage under this Limited Warranty shall commence as of the original date of delivery and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally applicable to any service provided by ASAP INC or its designated representatives. The spa owner is required to provide adequate access to the spa for any repair or inspection. ASAP INC shall not be liable for expenses or damages which may include, but are not limited to water damage, or removal of a permanent deck, other custom fixtures, or landscaping. LEGAL RIGHTS This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Free phone support for the life of the spa is offered solely to the original owner. This service is non-transferable.
